The children came to live with them five years ago after an abuse charge was filed against their parents, and the grandparents have raised them ever since. Both grandparents work full time, but their pay just does not stretch to the end of the month, and they sometimes rely on a food pantry to make the food last. Help from Operation Holiday would let them give their grandchildren the Christmas the children deserve.

CITY: Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08087
STATE: New Jersey
COUNTY: OCEAN
HOUSEHOLD SIZE: 5
HEALTH CONDITIONS IN HOUSEHOLD: Cancer; cardiac condition, including cardiac transplant; diabetes; hypertension or hypotension; mental health condition, including depression, anxiety, PTSD or bipolar disorder; developmental or learning disability, including ADHD
HOW THE FAMILY CAN RECEIVE GIFTS: No preference

HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD (GRANDMOTHER):
Age: 57
Sex: Female
Clothing Size: Women's 2X
Shoe Size: Women's 9
Wishlist: Sweatshirts and sweatpants

ADULT #2 (GRANDFATHER):
Age: 65
Sex: Male
Clothing Size: Men's XL
Shoe Size: Men's 12.5
Wishlist: Slippers, sweatshirts

CHILD #1:
Age: 14
Sex: Male
Clothing Size: Men's XL
Shoe Size: Men's 11
Wishlist: Nike hoodies (blue, black or gray), Nike sweatpants (blue, black or gray, men's large), black Nike socks, gift card to Applebee's, cologne

CHILD #2:
Age: 11
Sex: Female
Clothing Size: Kids 16
Shoe Size: Women's 7
Wishlist: Nike hoodies (purple or black), Nike sweatpants (purple or black, women's small), gift cards to Ulta and Sephora

CHILD #3:
Age: 10
Sex: Female
Clothing Size: Kids 14
Shoe Size: Women's 5
Wishlist: Nike hoodie (pink), Nike sweatpants (pink, women's small), white socks, gift cards to Ulta and Five Below

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0672/5802/4195/files/portal-card-adopt-a-family_0796834c-47cf-4ff3-9c9a-e0c3eaa77812.jpg?v=1791211449
https://e282c3-3.myshopify.com/products/nj-2026-0134-grandparents-raising-their-grandchildren-for-five-years-both-working-full-time-but-unable-to-stretch-their-pay-to-the-end-of-the-month
