NJ-2026-0015: Single mother of two working part time with no family help, hoping for a Christmas full of happiness for her children

FAMILY BACKGROUND:
A single mother is raising her two children, a 7-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son, in an apartment in Chatham. She works part time and is doing everything she can to provide for them, but she has no support from extended family or anyone else who can help financially. With the cost of everyday necessities and raising her children on her own, extra expenses at the holidays are hard to cover, and Christmas gifts are what she is struggling with this year. There are times she has to choose between paying rent and buying food or medicine. She wants her children to have a Christmas filled with happiness, love and a few gifts to make the holiday special, and help this season would take some of the pressure off her. A sponsor's help would mean so much to her family.
