NJ-2026-0019: Working single mother in Millville with a 3-year-old daughter, stretched thin after a rent increase

FAMILY BACKGROUND:
A single mother is raising her 3-year-old daughter in an apartment in Millville. She works full time and does her best to manage their household, but her rent went up last month, making it even harder to keep up with bills and everyday necessities while preparing for the holidays. Carrying these responsibilities on her own has been stressful, and there are times she has to choose between paying rent and buying food or medicine. Her biggest wish is for her daughter to enjoy being a child, without feeling the financial stress she carries each day, and to feel secure, loved and excited about the holidays. A sponsor's help this season would ease that pressure and give her daughter a joyful holiday while the family keeps up with its essential expenses.
