NJ-2026-0145: Single mother of three girls rebuilding after unemployment and a move, working through a club foot, anxiety and depression

FAMILY BACKGROUND:
A single mother in Jersey City is raising three daughters, ages 12, 9 and 7. This has been an especially challenging year. The family recently moved into a new home, and while she is grateful to have a place for her girls, getting settled and keeping up with household expenses has been difficult. She was born with a club foot, which makes certain kinds of work and long commutes hard for her. After a difficult stretch of unemployment, when she struggled to find a job she could physically manage, she began dealing with anxiety and depression and started treatment. She has recently returned to work and is doing everything she can to give her children stability and a happy, normal childhood. She is also hoping to return to college and needs help paying off a balance that stands in her way. Help this Christmas would take some financial pressure off her and let her give her daughters something special while she works to rebuild and get her family back on stronger footing.
